Everything. There are no tiers that hide the accounting, payroll, or AI behind an upgrade. Is pricing per user?＋
No. Users are unlimited. Add your project managers, your superintendents, your office staff, and your subs without watching a seat count. We price the platform, not your headcount, so growing your team never raises your bill.
Is there a contract or lock-in?＋
No long-term contract and no lock-in. Your data is yours — you can export your books to QuickBooks and your records out at any time. We earn the renewal every month by being the system you actually run the business on.
Is the free month real?＋
Yes — your first month is genuinely free, with no credit card required to start. We set you up personally, migrate a real project so you see your own numbers, and you decide whether to continue after you’ve run it on live work.
Do I still need QuickBooks?＋
No. Bullwork has a native double-entry general ledger — books that balance to the cent — so you don’t run a separate accounting product. If your CPA prefers QuickBooks, you export to it anytime. You also won’t need a separate payroll service or takeoff app.
Is my data secure and exportable?＋
Yes. Your books and records are yours to export at any time — to QuickBooks for accounting and as your own records for everything else. We built the platform as a contractor who wanted to own his data, not rent access to it.
